Production Environment Monitoring in India – Batch Deployment of Y09-PM Air Quality Monitors
2022-03-16
Market Background
As a major global hub for medical manufacturing and pharmaceutical outsourcing (CRO/CDMO), India's cleanroom environmental monitoring standards are increasingly aligning with international regulations. To ensure production environments remain free from particulate and aerosol contamination, local enterprises have a rapidly growing demand for high-precision air quality monitoring equipment. These devices must not only meet international compliance standards but also quickly adapt to the complex deployment conditions of local workshops.
Client & Application Scenario
Our Indian client required multi-node environmental data monitoring for their cleanrooms. The application scenario demanded monitoring equipment with specific physical characteristics: easy distributed installation, zero occupation of core production space, and capability for long-term continuous operation. This setup is essential for achieving grid-based management of workshop air quality.
Our Solution
Addressing the client's multi-point monitoring needs, Suzhou Sujing provided a batch deployment solution based on the Y09-PM Air Quality Monitor. We delivered a single batch of 4 units to the Indian market, aiming to build a foundational grid monitoring network for the workshop. The core advantage of this solution lies in its standardized, compact design:
-
Lightweight Chassis: The net weight of a single unit is strictly controlled at 3.00 Kgs, perfectly supporting stress-free wall mounting and significantly reducing the load-bearing burden on walls or brackets.
-
Maximum Space Utilization: The packaging size of a single unit is only 42*41*22cm, resulting in an extremely low space footprint. It can be easily embedded into the narrow reserved spaces around dense production lines.
This solution not only guarantees the precise collection of environmental data but also significantly reduces the physical difficulty of secondary on-site construction and installation for our overseas clients.
Client Feedback
The client's engineering team highly evaluated this delivery, focusing primarily on the direct convenience brought by the equipment's physical parameters during on-site implementation:
-
Logistics and Terminal Handling: The total gross weight of the 4 units in the whole shipment was only 16.00 Kgs. This effectively controlled international air freight costs and made in-plant handling extremely efficient after customs clearance.
-
Simplified Installation Experience: Thanks to the ultra-light net weight and compact dimensions, on-site technicians did not require any heavy lifting equipment. A single person easily completed the fixed wall-mounted installation in the workshop.
-
Zero Space Interference: The compact chassis did not cause any physical interference with the dense original production lines. Currently, all 4 monitoring nodes are smoothly connected to the network and operating stably.
