According to the generation principle, the portable Aerosol Generator can be divided into two types: condensation oscillation generation type and heating generation type. Among them, there are Y09-AG310PS (with pump type) and Y09-AG310 (compressed air type) aerosol generators of condensation oscillation type, and STG-10 aerosol generators of heating generation type. Aerosol generator and aerosol photometer are used to detect the leakage efficiency of high efficiency filter. When the aerosol generator is combined with aerosol photometer, the defects of the filter, such as pinhole, leakage point, gasket leakage, internal leakage, or frame leakage, can be quickly detected, and timely correction and relevant measures can be taken to ensure the efficiency of the high efficiency filter and the cleanliness level of the ultra clean room.
